HOW WE WORK
Healing is a complicated and lengthy process. One the most difficult challenges of going through hurt is the feeling of being lost. Feeling lost promotes the feeling of helplessness and discourages people from trying. ProcessingHurt.com helps you understand the mile stones and practices so that you can track your progress. Knowing is half of the battle.

The first step is exposure to empathy/counter balance negative feelings/thoughts.

This is a critical step for two reasons.

step two is using the fuel that's been put inside of you and spending some of that fuel on yourself.

Understanding How To Work With Yourself
Step 1. Know What You Are - The Unconscious Mind: There are two versions of you. Your conscious self and your unconscious self. Separating your self from your unconscious self separates who you are from your behavior. That separation gives us the chance to change.
Step 2. Calming The Mind - Meditation: It hard to study small but important details when there's a lot moving around.
Step 3. Discovery - Compassionate Inquiry: An exercise of communicating with the unconscious mind to discover why we operate as we do.
Step 4. Ongoing Maintenance - Thought Staples: Using Thought Staples to modify our unconscious mind and change who we organically present ourselves to the world as without effort.
