A step-by-step guide to personal transformation

We've designed a 4 step process focused on giving people insight and understanding into tools they can use for themselves to truly find joy and peace in everything they do while being a valuable asset to society.

The Process

  • Step 1 -  The Unconscious Mind: Understanding the difference between your conciseness and the unconscious mind, who's who in the conversation of your thoughts and how to work with each other to become a better person.

  • Step 2 - Meditation: Learning how to take a fast paced constantly moving mind and introduce it to the practices of meditation in a way that even the most intense mind can at least understand and through desire, begin to practice.

  • Step 3 - Compassionate Inquiry: Through the practice of meditation, learning about the process of compassionate inquiry which is an exercise of communicating with the unconscious mind to discover why we operate as we do.

  • Step 4 - Thought Staples: Learning how to use Thought Staples to modify our unconscious mind and change who we organically present ourselves to the world as without effort.
