A step-by-step guide to personal transformation
We've designed a 4 step process focused on giving people insight and understanding into tools they can use for themselves to truly find joy and peace in everything they do while being a valuable asset to society.
Step 1 - The Unconscious Mind: Understanding the difference between your conciseness and the unconscious mind, who's who in the conversation of your thoughts and how to work with each other to become a better person.
Step 2 - Meditation: Learning how to take a fast paced constantly moving mind and introduce it to the practices of meditation in a way that even the most intense mind can at least understand and through desire, begin to practice.
Step 3 - Compassionate Inquiry: Through the practice of meditation, learning about the process of compassionate inquiry which is an exercise of communicating with the unconscious mind to discover why we operate as we do.
Step 4 - Thought Staples: Learning how to use Thought Staples to modify our unconscious mind and change who we organically present ourselves to the world as without effort.
