HOW DO I STOP FEELING LIKE I NEED TO LIVE IN SURVIVAL MODE?

To answer this we need to talk about thought staples. Thought staples are phrases we use to train the unconscious mind. We repeat them over and over again in our thoughts to help the unconscious mind value a new belief. The specific thought staple we use to help us no longer feel the need to live in survival mode is: “When was the last time right now was really that bad?” By asking this, we train our unconscious mind to constantly reframe the definition of bad to something far worse than our current situation giving us space to find things in our life to be grateful for even in our current situation. Expanding this space for gratitude in our life is the fuel needed to jump start us out of our current situation into a better one.

HOW DO I PROTECT MY POSITIVE ENERGY WHEN SOMEONE IS SHARING THEIR NEGATIVE ENERGY?

1). By recognizing what's going on. Your sense of your positive energy and their negative energy by itself means you value your positive energy and it doing so, your saying you value yourself.
2). By kindly jokingly asking them to stop. Tilt you head back. Close your eyes. And just say stoooop. Let them feel the feeling that you don't want this. You have as much control of the conversation you're in as they do. Interject. Let them know you're focused on staying positive. If their energy stays negative, give them whatever chances you wish to give but if the negativity doesn't stop, leave.

HOW DO I GET COMFORTABLE WITH BEING SINGLE?

By taking advantage of it. You won’t always be single and once you’re in a quality relationship, you’ll never be able to do what single people get to do again. Enjoy the freedom being single offers and once you’re in a quality relationship, enjoy that too. Hopefully for the rest of your life.❤️
